THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE USE OF NATURAL RESOURCES DURING THE TRANSITION TO A GREEN ECONOMY

Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of transition to a “green economy” system in the implementation of relations related to environmental protection and the use of natural resources. This expresses the experience of foreign countries in using the green economy model and the legal mechanism for their implementation. Proposals are presented on the legal status and role of environmental factors influencing the achievement of a “green economy”. In further accelerating reforms, the opportunities of digitalization and artificial intelligence and the positive aspects of environmental information management were noted.
