THEORETICAL AND LEGAL SIGNIFICANCE OF STUDYING THE SCIENCE OF CONSULAR LAW AND ITS PLACE IN THE SYSTEM OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL SCIENCES

The subject of consular law is included in the main and mandatory part of the training load and is considered an important branch of science in the field of international law. The Institute of Consular Protection is an international legal institution of an interdisciplinary nature according to its legal essence. Modern approaches are also important in the teaching of consular law. Consular law is a complex set of legal knowledge expressed in international agreements and customs and, if necessary, combined with the norms of the domestic legislation of the states regarding the status and activities of consuls and consular employees. These issues are considered in detail in the article.
