IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF THE PREVENTION OF INVASION RELATED CRIMES

This article analyzes the reforms implemented in our country regarding the prevention of invasion crimes, statistical data, causes, problems in the prevention of on invasion crimes, the main tasks of raising the legal consciousness and legal culture of the population in our republic, directions for the prevention of invasion crimes, the importance and specific aspects of general, individual, special and victimological types of crime prevention in the prevention of invasion crimes, and proposals for further improvement of the measures taken to ensure the activity are developed.
