В статье автор предпринял попытку решения проблем, наблюдаемых в правоприменительной и судебной практике Республики Узбекистан, путем сравнения правовой системы Германии. Предлагается изучить опыт Германии в вопросе компенсации, сравнив рассмотрение споров о правах интеллектуальной собственности в судах Германии и рассмотрение данного вида дел в судебной системе Узбекистана.
