ISSUES OF MITIGATION OF PUNISHMENT IN THE CRIMINAL LEGISLATION OF THE UNITED MEXICAN STATES

This paper provides an analysis of the institution of mitigation of punishment in the criminal legislation of the United Mexican States including such issues as mitigation of sentence for inchoate offences, offences committed in criminal complicity and in a state of diminished responsibility, application of probation and parole and final conclusion on the implementation of Mexico’s criminal law norms to the criminal law of the Republic of Uzbekistan as well.
