REASONS AND PROBLEMS OF APPEALING DECISIONS AND ACTIONS (INACTION) OF ADMINISTRATIVE BODIES IN ADMINISTRATIVE COURTS

The article analyzes the legal basis for the resolution of administrative disputes, the problems of our national legislation on the resolution of administrative disputes. In particular, it was analyzed that the reasons why individuals and legal entities increase the number of complaints to administrative courts and increase the number of appeals to the court in order to protect their violated or disputed rights or legally protected interests are due to the shortcomings allowed by administrative bodies. The problems were analyzed using the example of local law enforcement agencies, cadastral authorities and mandatory enforcement agencies. The problems in this area were analyzed in three directions. In particular, the material, procedural and organizational foundations of the problems were investigated.
