This scientific article outlines reasonable considerations regarding the basis and procedure for assessing the availability, collection, storage and registration of evidence in the process of inspecting the scene after the explosion, managing actions, and the rules for their implementation.
It also describes the main actions to be taken at the initial stage of the inspection of the scene after the explosion, security measures, photography, preparation of a diagram of the scene, measures to prevent damage during the inspection process
