АНТИКОРРУПЦИОННАЯ ПОЛИТИКА В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ: ГОНКА ВВЕРХ В МЕЖДУНАРОДНОМ ИНДЕКСЕ ВОСПРИЯТИЯ КОРРУПЦИИ

В результате многочисленных недавних реформ Узбекистан стремится повысить свои позиции в мировых коррупционных показателях. Решение эндемических проблем коррупции было приоритетом администрации президента Мирзиёева для улучшения экономики и общества Узбекистана. Тем не менее, проблемы с региональными администрациями, верховенство закона и институциональные проблемы были препятствием для полной реализации этого процесса реформ. Данная статья обсуждает текущую антикоррупционную государственную политику и уровень ее принадлежности к позиционированию в Индексе Восприятия Коррупции; институциональные и правовые проблемы; дальнейшие рекомендации по улучшению антикоррупционной государственной политики.
