ANALYSIS OF VIEWS OF ZAHIRIDDIN MUHAMMAD BABUR ABOUT GOVERNANCE

In the article, analyzes the ideas of Babur on justice and humanity in public administration. The author studied the views of Babur on the state and its management in the writings of “Baburname”, “Mubayyin”, “Divan”. The role and importance of the rich scientific heritage of the great thinker in educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, raising political and legal consciousness and culture is also emphasized.
