CONCEPT OF INTERACTION LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PROSECUTION OFFICE

There is submitted in this work the author's analysis of provisions of the national legislation regulating interaction of local governments and prosecutor's office; the conclusion is drawn on opportunity and need of their interaction; the concept of the organization of such interaction in which basis coordination and the state control are put is offered.
