SOME ISSUES OF RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES BETWEEN THE RECEIVING COUNTRY AND FOREIGN INVESTORS

This article discusses the issues of international investment disputes in arbitration between recipient countries and foreign investors, as well as types of international commercial arbitration, their activities and legal framework. At the same time, special attention was paid to the investment dispute, its settlement through arbitration and the imposition of obligations on the parties in the settlement of disputes.
