PROBLEMS OF PROTECTION AND PREVENTION OF COPYRIGHT OBJECTS IN SOCIAL NETWORKS

Today, in the context of globalization, there is an objective need for legal regulation of relations on the Internet and social networks. In particular, the issues of protection and prevention of copyright objects in social networks are of particular relevance. However, current trends in the development of virtualization indicate the presence of social, legal and technical problems, the solution of which will improve the mechanism for the protection and protection of the rights of authors and copyright holders. Based on these problems, the author made suggestions for improving the legislation.
