EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES ON MURDER INVESTIGATION

The article examines the practice of foreign countries in the investigation of crimes related to murder. Opinions were expressed on the methods and tactics used in the investigation of crimes, as well as on the role and importance of forensic expertise in solving this type of crime. At the same time, the analysis of forensic technical means was highlighted, tactical rules in the investigation of murders used in the investigative practice of foreign countries in comparison with national experience were analyzed, and the author's suggestions and recommendations were made.
