The article studies the role of contracts for the provision of medical services, diagnostics and diagnostics in the system of contracts for the provision of paid services. In addition to the types and significance of medical services, the general and specific aspects of these contracts are studied. The role of contracts for the provision of medical services, diagnostics and diagnostics, concluded for a fee, and their significance in the subsequent process of providing medical services are analyzed on the basis of scientific and legal foundations. The current state of medical service contracts for the provision of medical services, diagnostics and diagnostics in the world and in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the prospects for the development of diagnostic medical service contracts, are studied.
