ATTESTATION IN LABOR LAW: CONCEPT AND TYPES

This article provides a comprehensive overview of the concept of attestation in labor law, its legal foundations, and various types. It analyzes the purpose, functions, and practical significance of employee evaluation mechanisms. Differences between various forms of attestation – such as periodic, extraordinary, repeated, one-time, and others – are illustrated through examples. The article aims to contribute to the effective implementation of human resource policy within organizations. In addition, the concept of attestation is thoroughly studied and analyzed, leading to the development of the author’s own definition. The types of attestation are classified from the perspective of developing labor law.
