PERSONS PARTICIPATING IN CIVIL CASES RELATED TO CREDIT AGREEMENTS AND THEIR LEGAL STATUS

This article studies the persons participating in civil cases related to credit agreements and their legal status. Due to the complexity of credit relations, many entities can participate in such cases. The article analyzes the legal status of the main participants - the creditor and the debtor, as well as third parties, guarantors, mortgagees and other participants in bilateral and multilateral contracts. According to the results of the study, proposals are made to improve judicial practice and reform legislation in this area.
