PRINCIPLES OF FORMATION OF WATER CADASTRE DATA AND ISSUES OF THEIR IMPROVEMENT

The article examines the issue of classification and significance of legal principles used at the stages
of the processes of formation, processing, storage and use of state water cadastre data. These
principles reflect objective patterns, trends and needs of society in the formation and use of the water
cadastre, determine the essence of the entire system, industry or legal institution, and also determine
their generally binding significance due to their legal consolidation. Although each principle was
formed as a result of current legislative norms, the issue of their further improvement is relevant. The
author substantiates the need to supplement these principles with additional principles based on new
trends in the current legislation.
