ANALYSIS OF THE BASIS FOR CANCELLATION OF DECISIONS DUE TO VIOLATION OF CERTAIN PRINCIPLES IN CIVIL COURT PROCEEDINGS

This article comprehensively analyzes some problems related to the application of the principles of
civil procedural law in judicial practice, including the principle of language in court proceedings, as
well as the principles of independence and impartiality of judges. As an important aspect of these
principles, it is recognized that violations of the language principle and the principles related to the
independence of judges can lead to the cancellation of judicial acts, including a court decision, by a
higher court. Also, as a result of discussions and analyses, practical and theoretical proposals were
made on civil procedural law and legislation.
