THE IMPORTANCE OF LEGAL REGULATION IN THE PROCESS OF DIGITALIZATION IN UZBEKISTAN

This article focuses on the theoretical aspects of legal support for digitalization in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It explores the measures implemented by the government to address the changes brought about by digital transformation. Through an analysis of Uzbekistan's legal framework for digitalization, the article highlights key challenges and emerging trends in the application of law, with a particular focus on the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The paper examines the legal regulation of e-government, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and digital technology certification. It also discusses approaches to digitalization informed by international practices and provides an overview of the development of legal frameworks for artificial intelligence. This article could be valuable for the academic and educational community.
