SOME ASPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INSTITUTE OF ADVOCACY

This article is devoted to some aspects of the development of the Institute of advocacy. A lawyer has other rights provided for by law. It is necessary to accelerate the introduction of modern information and communication technologies into advocacy. Opinions and judgments were expressed on the need to further improve the electronic exchange of information between lawyers, courts, law enforcement agencies and other government agencies in order to ensure quick access to information necessary for the implementation of law enforcement practice.
