CRIMINOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE PERSONALITY OF PARTICIPANTS IN CRIMES RELATED TO ILLICIT DRUG TRAFFICKING

The article examines the criminological features of the personality of participants in crimes related to illicit drug trafficking. Based on a scientific and practical approach, the involvement of adults, youth and minors in drug use, their social aspects (age, family, education, profession, etc.) are analyzed. Based on existing research on these issues, conclusions and judgments about criminological personality types of drug addicts are presented in accordance with the reasons for involvement in drug use.
