BIG DATA TECHNOLOGIES IN THE NATURAL RESOURCE CADASTRAL SPHERE: PROBLEMS OF LEGAL SUPPORT

The article analyzes the state of national legislation in the field of formation of cadastral information on natural resources using the example of each natural resource. The author argues about the need to use Big Data technology in the national cadastral system as a necessary tool for reforming the cadastre, taking into account the peculiarities of the current state of the cadastral system. The state of legal support for the formation of natural resource cadastral information is disclosed in detail on the example of land-cadastral, water-cadastral, subsoil-cadastral information and cadastral information on biodiversity, on the basis of which general and specific trends in legal support for the formation of cadastral information on natural resources are identified and legislative gaps are identified. The author comes to the conclusion that the shortcomings of the system should not prevent the transformation of the cadastral database into a full-fledged cadastral Big Data.
