CRIMES DANGEROUS TO LIFE OR HEALTH REASONS FOR THE APPEARANCE

This article describes the causes of crimes dangerous to life or health, including a combination of various factors (social, legal, natural, technical, spiritual and educational) that create conditions for the commission of a crime and contribute to its implementation. The article also classifies the causes and conditions of crimes dangerous to life or health as follows: causes and conditions of threats of murder or violence; causes and conditions of transmission of sexually transmitted diseases or HIV/AIDS; reasons and conditions for committing crimes that violate the reproductive rights of a pregnant woman; the reasons and conditions for forcing a person to consent to receiving his organs and (or) tissues for transplantation; analyzed by categorizing the causes and conditions of crimes associated with improper performance of duties and the creation of professional danger.
