SCIENTIFIC COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE CERTIFICATE FOR THE RIGHT OF INHERITANCE UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF UZBEKISTAN, RUSSIA AND CHINA NATIONAL STANDARDS OF CREATIVITY

This article discusses the procedure, legal basis, and significance of issuing a certificate of inheritance rights, which is included in the scope of actions performed by a notary in the legislation of the countries of Uzbekistan, China and Russia on notarial activities, and when issuing this certificate, the legal requirements were consistently analyzed. Also, based on the essence of the certificate of inheritance, this process describes aspects of the legality of the notary’s actions and the positive legal results of compliance with this regulation, as well as the approaches of advanced foreign experience.
