INVESTIGATIVE SITUATIONS AT THE EARLY STAGES OF INVESTIGATION OF ECONOMIC CRIMES COMMITTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR

This scientific article examines a topic that is relevant today: forensic features of the investigation of crimes committed in the construction sector, in particular, economic crimes. The connection between the characteristics of these crimes and their investigation, the importance of economic knowledge in the investigation process, the investigative actions used in it, and the planning of investigative situations were discussed. Attention is drawn to the fact that such an attitude has methodological significance for the investigation. The article also analyzes the forensic aspects of solving economic crimes in the construction sector.
