ISSUES OF DISTINCTION OF HOLIGANITY COMMITTED BY A GROUP OF PERSONS FROM OTHER CRIMES

In the article, the author, from the point of view of criminal legal composition, examines the issues of distinguishing hooliganism committed by a group of persons from other crimes. In particular, the characteristics of the immediate object, signs of the objective side, the subjective side of the crime under study were analyzed, and corresponding scientific and theoretical conclusions were developed. In addition, the author in the article also studied the issues of responsibility in the act of bullying by a group of individuals using weapons or objects used as weapons.
