COLLECTIVE LABOR CONFLICTS AS A PRELIMINARY STAGE OF LABOR DISPUTES

Abstract

This article discusses labor disputes and their types in the labor legislation of Central Asian countries. Research was also conducted on collective labor disputes, one of the most common types of labor disputes, and aspects of their difference from collective labor conflicts. Labor conflicts have been studied as an early stage of labor disputes. The articles of the constitutions of developed foreign countries reflecting the rights to resolve labor disputes were also disclosed in terms of content.
