ACQUITTAL AS A LEGAL AND NECESSARY FORM OF JUSTICE: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Reforming the judicial system, ensuring the independence of judges, and restoring citizens' trust in this body is one of the priorities of the policy promoted by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev since coming to power. This article examines the acquittal in the Republic of Uzbekistan as a legal and necessary form of justice, which analyzes the theory and current legislation. Some problems were also considered in the acquittal, and some proposals were developed in the administration of justice.
