THE CONCEPT OF RECIDITIVE CRIME AND ITS PREVENTION

The article describes the concept and essence of recidivism, the opinions given by jurists to the concept of recidivism, factors of recidivism, types of crime prevention and prevention. It is also stated that recidivism is studied as a legal fact in criminal law, while in criminology it is studied as a social event. The criminal-legal signs of recidivism are highlighted. Including: a) intentional commission of the crime; b) conviction of a person for a previously committed crime, of course; c) the fact that the subsequent crime was committed intentionally; d) that the next crime was committed, of course, after being tried for the previous crime.
