The development and effectiveness of the reforms carried out in our country depend on the creation of legal regulations and effective legal mechanisms. Legislation in the field of construction and further improvement of the legal mechanism by researching it, explaining it in a convenient and understandable way for representatives of the field and citizens is one of the important requirements of our reforms today. This article analyzes the legislation in the field of construction, its problems and the experience of foreign countries.
