SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CIVIL-LEGAL PROTECTION OF THE HONOR, VALUE AND TRUST REPUTATION OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES

Abstract

The article talks about the features related to the status of the employee of the internal affairs bodies and analyzes the need and importance of civil legal protection of his honor, dignity and professional reputation, as well as specific features of protection. An analysis of current national legislation on this issue is discussed, focusing on the issue of posting and disseminating information that harms the honor, dignity and professional reputation of an internal affairs officer through mass media. In addition, the legislation of the CIS countries in this regard is compared and the uniqueness of civil legal protection is shown. The author makes conclusions and suggestions based on the analysis.
