THE OBJECTIVE SIDE OF CONTRABAND: LEGAL ANALYSIS AND PROSPECTS FOR IMPROVING LEGISLATION

The article analyzes the objective side of the crime of smuggling, including the methods of committing a crime, using examples from criminal law and forensic practice. Also in recent years, taking into account the increasing cases of crimes of smuggling using information and communication technologies, proposals have been developed to determine responsibility for these actions. The opinions of foreign and domestic scientists who conducted scientific research on the crime of smuggling are analyzed.
