THE ROLE, MEANINGS AND PROSPECTS OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS OF THE NEW UZBEKISTAN IN IMPROVING THE GUARANTEE OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND PROTECTION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS

Abstract

In this article, for the first time, the classification of types (business models) of e-commerce in business legal relations and the concept of subjects participating in e-commerce, the signs and foundations of their legal status have been systematically studied. It characterizes the form and methods of participation of state bodies, non-governmental and non-profit organizations in legal relations in the field of electronic commerce. Along with this, issues related to the peculiarities of the participation of individuals in legal relations in the field of electronic commerce, the participation of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities in legal relations related to electronic commerce have been investigated. Especially, it reveals foreign and domestic legal and economic scientific sources, as well as the essence of legal acts relating to the legal status of entities in the field of e-commerce. In addition, in the context of the transformation of digital civil circulation, author's approaches and scientific, conceptual points of view on improving the legal regulation of the activities of e-commerce entities are substantiated.
