In this scientific article, the system of crime prevention, the types of crime prevention (crime prevention) in criminology, the study of the practice of preventive work, the measures implemented by the approach to the prevention of family conflicts, the problem of the prevention of recidivism in the domestic sphere, The level of criminality, including juvenile delinquency, has a mass effect on the family and family education, and the following legal and organizational measures are described, which help to increase the efficiency of the system of penal institutions and bodies.
