DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF BUDGET CONTROL AT THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The article is devoted to the development of legislation regulating budgetary relations and budgetary control. Particular attention is paid to the norms of the New Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which are designed to improve the budget process and budget control. In particular, the author notes that it should be noted that the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan defines the regulatory framework for budgetary control, approves the foundations of the budget structure and the budgetary system of the state. Analyzing the formation of the system of legislation on budget control in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the author draws attention to a number of features that are given in the article. Considering the extensive system of legislation regulating budgetary control, the author divides the entire system of the legal framework of budgetary control into several levels. The author also concludes that the formation of budget legislation in the Republic of Uzbekistan went in several directions.
