THE NEW VERSION OF THE CONSTITUTION GUARANTEES EQUALITY FOR CITIZENS WHEN ENTERING THE PUBLIC SERVICE

The article analyzes the work carried out to reform the public service in our country over the past 5 years. In world practice, public service is one of the important areas of public administration reform, and any scientific research conducted in this regard is of great importance. Moreover, article 37 of the draft of the new version of the Constitution guarantees equal rights for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan when entering the public service. For the first time in history, the Basic Law provides a norm regarding public service's legal foundations. It also provides for consolidating restrictions related to the passage of public service.
