PROSPECTS FOR EXPANDING THE PARTICIPATION OF CIVIL SOCIETY INSTITUTIONS IN IMPROVING THE INSTITUTION OF PARLIAMENTARY CONTROL

It is known that an important role is played by the realization of the goal set for NGOs, financial support on the basis of social partnership from the state in the implementation of socially useful projects in practice, support for the implementation of public control by NGOs. Theoretically analyzing the organizational and legal framework of non-profit organizations on the way to achieving this goal, they argue that the rational use of their potential and capabilities contributes to the effective and stable functioning of parliamentary control. Proposals were put forward to implement the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as to increase the activity of NGOs in monitoring the budget. Taking into account the opinions of a number of scientists and the national legislation of a number of States, it is advisable to improve the organizational and legal framework of such institutions as NGO representation in parliament, public discussion, public councils.
