INTRODUCTION OF LAWYER’S CLOTHES (MANTLES) AS A CRITERION FOR INCREASING THE STATUS OF AN ADVOCATE

This article reveals the importance of special clothing (mantles) of an advocate, the positive and negative aspects of its introduction, the form of special clothing (mantles) and the procedure for its approval, as well as organizational issues related to the introduction of special clothing (mantles) were analyzed on the basis of the legislation of foreign countries and the possibility of introducing their positive experience into national legislation was discussed. In addition, the author analyzed the reforms being implemented in the field of advocacy and emphasized that any proposed changes and additions should not be an obstacle to the development of this institution.
