LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF ECOLOGICAL ZONING

The article describes the concept, importance and legal basis of ecological zoning. Also, the scientific developments of national and foreign scientists related to ecological zoning were studied, and the legal description of ecological zoning was developed based on them. The author studied urban planning zoning as a separate type of ecological zoning, divided into several types. The main focus is on the establishment of prohibitions and restrictions on land use and their legal significance. This research was carried out based on the fact that ecological zoning works are used in the creation of protected natural areas, in defining the boundaries of water bodies, in the construction and use of industrial facilities, in the design and construction of urban planning facilities, and in the implementation of afforestation works.
