LEGAL PROVISION OF COMMERTIAL BANKS’ TRANSFORMATION IN THE REPUB OF UZBEKISTAN

In this article, on the basis of advanced foreign experience in organizing the activities of commercial banks and other credit organizations, legal issues related to the improvement of the activities of commercial banks, the reform of the leasing sector and the restoration of the activities of credit unions are analyzed, proposals are substantiated for the privatization of the state's share in all commercial banks in which they exist, for the full commercialization of banking activities and broad involvement of foreign bank capital in the banking and credit system of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
