SOCIAL FUNCTIONS OF LAW

The social functions of law can be defined as the direction of legal influence on the relevant spheres of public life. In particular, the economic function has a legal impact on the economic sphere, a political function on the political sphere, and an educational function on the spiritual sphere. Through public functions, the legal impact is exerted on social relations that arise in various spheres of society. Accordingly, this article analyzes in detail the scientific and theoretical aspects of the social functions of law based on the views of scientists. The article also provides practical examples of the social functions of law.
