THE CONCEPT, TYPES AND THEIR DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

This article examines the features of the differences between the concept, goals of non-profit organizations, their organizational and legal forms in national legislation. Problems and their legal solutions were discussed as a result of the growing integration of non-profit organizations into the life of society. The research paper also considered the specifics of the organization and registration of non-profit organizations, as well as their similarities and differences in comparison with our national legislation and foreign experience.
