The concept of criminal prosecution is interpreted differently in different countries and its scope varies. However, the general aspects and essence of this concept are close to each other. In particular, criminal prosecution is currently being unified while the unification of laws continues in all countries around the world. Criminal prosecution, by its very nature, refers to the conduct of the investigation before the investigation and during the investigation against the person who committed the crime, that is, criminal prosecution. Considering that the main task of preliminary examination, inquiry and preliminary investigation bodies in the current Romano-German legal system and their criminal procedural codes is to uncover crimes, identify guilty persons and bring them to justice, criminal prosecution is essentially regulated. The author's status includes the concept of criminal prosecution as a separate norm and concept in the Criminal Procedure Code.
