JUDICIAL AUTHORITY SYSTEM OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

The article provides general concepts related to the judicial system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Constitutional Court, courts of general jurisdiction and their structures, military courts and the category of cases considered by them, as well as the basic concepts of non-state bodies that consider and resolve individual disputes related to the competence of the courts.
