This article examines the object of crimes related to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, an additional object, responsibility and qualification of the crime, social legal relations in the field of health care, identification and elimination of existing problems, the fight against crimes against drugs or psychotropic substances; identification and application of corrective measures, issues of liability for offenses related to drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as a general description of offenses related to illegal handling of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances.
