This article covers the practice of law enforcement agencies in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the use of force in the prevention and elimination of offenses, in particular the use and use of firearms. The article deals with the issue of "harm during the arrest of a person who has committed a social act", which is inextricably linked with the activities of law enforcement agencies.
