ISSUES OF APPLICATION OF THE RULES OF SUBORDINATION ON THE BASIS OF THE UNIFIED JUDICIAL SYSTEM

The article examines the experience of domestic and foreign countries in the application of the rules of subordination on the basis of a unified judicial system. Also, the issues of determining the mutual correlation of the institutions of subordination and jurisdiction, the application of the rules for transferring a case from one court to another in case of non-observance of the rules of subordination are analyzed. As a result, proposals were developed for improving civil, economic and administrative procedural legislation. It was concluded that some of the rules of jurisdiction also apply to subordination.
