SELECTED ISSUES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROBATION SERVICE IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN AND ITS ACTIVITIES

The article considers the introduction of the probation service in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the formation of its activities on the basis of scientific and practical analysis, including statistical analysis. This article analyzes and discusses the implementation of the probation service in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the formation of its activities on the basis of scientific, practical and statistical analysis. The essence of the concept of probation means activities aimed at the execution of punishment not related to imprisonment, assessment and control of socio-psychological behavior (drawing up a socio-psychological portrait) of persons executing this type of punishment, conditionally convicted persons and persons released on parole from punishment. One of the elements of the system of measures not related to imprisonment is probation, its varieties and modifications, as well as probation.
