ON THE NEED TO IMPROVE THE REGULATORY FRAMEWORK FOR THE DISCLOSURE OF CRIMES COMMITTED AGAINST FOREIGNERS

The article considers the legal acts that serve as the legal basis for the implementation of operational-search activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as international treaties and agreements on the basis of which the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan interact on the provision of legal assistance to victims of a crime to foreign citizens and conduct operational -search activities with the participation of foreign citizens aimed at solving crimes of this category. Through a scientific analysis of legal acts and norms of international documents, the existing gaps in the legislation are considered and some proposals are made to eliminate the shortcomings in this area of legislation.
