LEGAL STATUSE OF COMMERCIAL BANKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGISLAION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Based on the provisions of Civil Law science, as well as the norms of Civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, legal issues connected to legal status of commercial banks, legal regime of their property, two-step process of their registration by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan are analyzed. In order to fully disclose the essence of a banking institution, an analysis of the legal essence of banking activity is also carried out, for the disclosure of which examples of the legislative definition of banking activity in the European Union and the Russian Federation are given.
